Jester King's 100% spontaneously fermented méthode gueuze. A blend of 1, 2 and 3 year old beer, fermented in oak and naturally conditioned. Brewed from 60% malted barley and 40% raw wheat with a turbid mash, extended boil and aged hops, then cooled overnight in a coolship in the Texas Hill Country. Blend 2 of the 2016 vintage, made in the tradition of authentic Belgian gueuze.
