At Drikkeri ApS, we reserve the right to change prices without prior consent. We are not liable for any order modifications, price changes, or discontinuations of products.
Drikkeri ApS receives payment with VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard. All amounts are in DKK (Danish kroner) incl. VAT and taxes. Drikkeri ApS is not liable for price errors or sold out / discontinued items.
Drikkeri ApS strives to send out orders placed before 14:00 CET the same day.
Items will be delivered to the delivery address specified when ordering. Depending on the recipient country, different suppliers are used. We primarily use Post Nord.
If there is no space at the delivery point, the package will be moved to the nearest delivery point, which you will be notified of. If problems occur, contact customer service.
OBS: If the package is not claimed within the pick-up window specified by your delivery service or is determined undeliverable by the delivery service due to your own error and is returned to us, you are liable for all additional shipping charges associated with the return, as well as the shipment back to you.
Orders are fulfilled every weekday, with the exception of holidays. Your item will be shipped as soon as possible and is expected to be delivered within 14 days.
For certain goods, special delivery terms apply. The specific conditions will be stated prior to the purchase of these items.
There is a 2-year right of warranty in accordance with the Purchase Act. The right of warranty is limited in relation to the product’s expiration date. The item can be exchanged, the money returned or there can be a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation. The warranty does not apply to errors or damage caused by incorrect handling of the product. You must contact us in "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect / error. Drikkeri ApS will cover return costs to a reasonable extent. The item must be packed securely.

In the case of a refund, please enclose bank details in the form of registration number and account number so that the agreed amount can be transferred. This information can be provided without risk over e-mail or other electronic form, as it is not sensitive information and will only be used for fulfillment of the refund.
Right of withdrawal
There is a 14-day full right of withdrawal on items purchased in our webshop.
The period is calculated from the day on which you;
- Receive the order.
- Receive the last item, when concerning a single order that was shipped in 2 or more different packages.
- Receive the first item, when concerning a regular delivery of goods over a specified period.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.
Cancellation must be reported to us no later than 14 days after receiving the item and you must return it no later than 14 days thereafter. The notice must be given over e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. In the notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal. You cannot exercise your right of withdrawal by simply refusing to receive the item without giving explicit notice.
Goods exempted from the right of withdrawal
The following product types are not included in the right of withdrawal:
- Products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or have a clear personal touch.
- Sealed goods which, for health protection or hygiene reasons, are not suitable for return and where the seal is broken.
- Goods which, due to their nature, become inextricably mixed with others upon delivery.
- Items where the seal is broken.
- Goods that deteriorate or become obsolete quickly.
You must return your order without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you have exercised your right of withdrawal. You must bear the direct costs of returning and you are responsible for the item being properly packed. You must attach a copy of the order confirmation.
You bear the risk of the item from the time of delivery of the item until we have received the return.
We do not accept cash on delivery shipments.
The condition of the item upon return
You are liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item's nature, properties and condition.
If you want to cancel your order, you will receive the amount you have paid to us back, except for delivery costs. In the event of an impairment for which you are liable, this purchase amount will be deducted.
When exercising the right of withdrawal, all payments received from you, except delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date on which we receive the item again in our warehouse. Refunds are made using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise.

We process your personal information for the purpose of being able to fulfill your order and to be able to process inquiries regarding your purchase. Duties, Taxes and Tariffs
All orders will be shipped from our headquarters in Denmark. You are subjected to all import duties, taxes and tariffs on any products ordered, which are imposed in your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note, that no duty has to be paid, when shipping products to countries within the European Union (EU).
