20 years (and a special edition) of Blåbær Lambik — What a journey!

Back in 2005, as a passionate young beer enthusiast, I reached out to Cantillon with the idea of creating my own beer. To my surprise, they quickly said yes! Having admired Cantillon for years, the opportunity to craft a beer for the grand opening of my beer shop, Ølbutikken, felt like a dream come true.

Fast forward two decades, and Blåbær Lambik is still going strong, cherished by beer lovers worldwide! To mark this incredible milestone we‛re celebrating with a special edition - this year‛s lambic has been aged in a rum barrel instead of the usual wine barrel, adding even more depth and complexity to the flavor.

Same as every year, things are a bit different!

We're bringing the show on the road and joining Denmark's best beer festival: Arhus Toghether for a special pre-festival event. Then a post festival hang-out at Væskebalancen in Copenhagen.

 

Day 1 event starts at 14:00 and we've partnered with our good friends at Mig & Ølsnedkeren, where you will be able to taste some rare Cantillon and other special draft during your Blåbær pick-up. After that you can find us all weekend at the festival.

When? - 14:00 - 22:00, 23rd of October, 2025

Day 2 event starts at 16:00 and this time you can find us at Væskebalancen bar in Copenhagen. You can again expect some amazing rare Cantillon and other special draft.

The 2025 bundle has no per person limit and we accept proxies (remember to put the name in the note of your order!)
