Blåbær 2018 is Cantillon's bilberry lambic, first brewed in 2005 for Ølbutikken in Copenhagen and released just once a year. Fresh European bilberries, the Danish blåbær, go straight into the barrel with the lambic at roughly 300 to 350 grams of fruit per litre. This is the 2018 vintage in a 3 litre bottle, now eight years old.
