Blåbær 2017 is Cantillon's bilberry lambic, first brewed in 2005 for Ølbutikken in Copenhagen and released just once a year. Fresh European bilberries, the Danish blåbær, go straight into the barrel with the lambic at roughly 300 to 350 grams of fruit per litre. This one has nine years in the bottle.

Pickup on Thursday 8 October at Mig & Ølsnedkeren, Mejlgade 12, Aarhus. Shipping is only available during the subscriber pre-sale on Friday 2 October, 12:00 to 14:00, and shipped bottles go out the week after Blåbær Day on October 8. From 14:00 this bottle is pickup only.
