Traditional lambic macerated for four months on hand-picked Belgian Mirabelle plums, 364 grams of fruit per litre. Blend no. 23 of season 22|23 rests on three-year-old lambik, with a weighted average age of over 30 months and its oldest component brewed in October 2019. Unfiltered, unpasteurised and refermented in the bottle.
