Brewed with 100% Mountain Ash smoked malt, aged a year in ex-wine French oak, then macerated with juniper berries from Poor Toms across the street. Like every Wildflower beer it is fermented entirely by yeasts and bacteria collected from native NSW flowers. Bottled with raw Blue Mountains polyflora honey from Warré hives and left to condition naturally.
