Aged Gold macerated with organic Grenache Blanc and Savagnin pomace from the first harvest at Jauma Farm in the Adelaide Hills. The base is organic red wheat and heritage barley fermented by yeasts and bacteria collected from native NSW flowers, then bottled with raw Blue Mountains polyflora honey. Expect dry, mesquite-pod tannin over soft stone and citrus fruit.
