An ale made with blueberries twice over: first washing the fruit from River Fossil Farm 2025, then refermented on 112 kg of Coffs Harbour blueberries. Organic red wheat and heritage barley are fermented by yeasts and bacteria collected from native NSW flowers and aged in ex-wine French oak throughout. Bottled with raw Blue Mountains polyflora honey from Warré hives.
