The Bruery's 5th anniversary ale from 2013: an English-style old ale brewed with their house Belgian yeast, blended using the solera method and aged entirely in bourbon barrels. Dark caramel, dates, coconut, dried apricot and vanilla in a warming 15% sipper that has only grown more complex in the cellar.
