3 Fonteinen's Platinum Blend is an Oude Geuze built around an unusually large share of old, long-aged lambik. Blend 60 of season 21|22 was assembled from spontaneously fermented lambikken matured for up to four years in oak, giving extra depth: ripe orchard fruit, honeyed oak, leather and a long mineral finish.
