Cantillon Gueuze is a traditional Belgian sour ale made by blending lambics of different ages and years. This golden yellow beer at 5.5% ABV features a slightly acidic and fruity taste with delicate, woody aromatics and a dry finish that lingers on the palate. Created through the complex art of blending young and mature lambics aged in oak barrels, each batch undergoes secondary fermentation in the bottle to develop natural carbonation.
