Cantillon Fou'Foune is a fruit lambic made by blending 18-20 month aged lambics with Bergeron apricots sourced from environmentally-friendly agriculture. Using 300 grams of fruit per liter of lambic with a short five-week extraction period, this copper-colored sour ale delivers pronounced apricot aromatics and flavors at 6% ABV.
