A genuine fresh-hop beer from Garden Path's Skagit Valley home, cooled overnight in an open coolship and fermented in oak foudres with whole-cone Perle, Willamette and Mount Rainier hops picked the same day. Grassy, lemony and gently funky, with a dry harvest character you only get once a year.
