A lambic-inspired collaboration between Wildflower and Mountain Culture, brewed using an intensive turbid mash, extended boil, and cooled overnight in a copper coolship. Made with certified organic heritage malted barley, raw wheat and aged hops — all wholly grown in Australia. Fermented and aged in oak without any addition of yeast or bacteria, relying entirely on wild microflora.
