This barrel-aged golden wild ale is refermented with natural post-brood honeycomb from Blue Mountains and Central Tablelands hives. The comb — not honey directly — imparts a distinctive nutty, spicy sweetness unlike anything else, with propolis and bee bread adding layers of complexity.
