Barrel-aged and refermented on freshly pressed organic skin-contact Viognier grape skins, then blended with organic navel orange juice. The result is a beautifully aromatic beer with stone fruit and floral notes from the Viognier meeting bright citrus from the orange, all underpinned by wild yeast complexity.
