Fermented with indigenous wild yeast collected from native flowers, this beer delivers a pure expression of ripe, perfumed apricot layered with chamomile florals, citrus, and spice. The palate is rich with jammy fruit sweetness balanced by a zippy, sherbety acidity and fine oak. Named for Chris and Emily's second son.
