Cuvee Saint-Gilloise is a lambic aged two years in oak and dry-hopped in the cask with fresh Hallertau Mittelfruh. The hops add a floral, gently bitter lift that balances the lambic's acidity. Jean Van Roy first made it to honour his Brussels football club.
