One of the most personal wild ales ever made: brewed for choreographer Rósa Ómarsdóttir's dance performance MOLTA, with yeast harvested from the dancers' own bodies during rehearsals. The result is a tart, refreshing Icelandic wild ale with notes of stone fruit, green apple and pine forest.
