The 'Cha-Cha-Cha' geuze from 3 Fonteinen's Cask Finish Series: traditional lambik matured on Savagnin and Vin Jaune casks from the French Jura. Bearing n°61 on the label (3 Fonteinen lists it as blend 12 of season 23|24), it marries 18-month-old lambik aged a further year on three Savagnin 'sous voile' barrels with three-year-old lambik finished on a Vin Jaune cask, for a weighted average age of more than 35 months. Nutty, sherry-like depth over bright geuze acidity in a limited run of numbered bottles.
