"For this specific Cuvée Armand & Gaston, we blended lambikken from three different barrels and five different brews. Upon bottling, the average age was about twenty months. A quarter of the lambikken used were brewed with heirloom Pajot grown cereals, from our own farmers’ cereal collective. The characteristics of this geuze make it an excellent geuze for extended ageing."
